Shoepeg Corn Casserole ...
Here's what you will need:
4 Cans of Shoepeg Corn
1 Stick of Butter
1 package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Milk
Cheddar Cheese
One Jalapeno
Paprika
I like Spice, Not heat ~ So the Jalapeno preference
is all up to your & your taste, This is a perfect amount for me & adds such a great flavor to the recipe.
On medium heat: Add your Cream Cheese, Butter & Milkstir till creamy smooth ~~ Add your diced Jalapeno . .
Now, Add your Corn & A hand full of shredded cheese & Pour all of these ingredients into a greased oven safe dish.
Top with cheese...Sprinkle with Paprika. . .
Bake @ 350 20 minutes
